For the purpose of evaluation of buildings for purchase, as well as, for analysis of building systems for owners and developers is a service we provide with accuracy and detail.  We research code problems and supply estimated costs to bring buildings up to compliance, make suggestions for energy conservation with estimated pay-back time and give an analysis of expected life of existing systems including plumbing, HVAC and electrical.  Completed studies include Dornier Medical Facilities, Union Station Apartments, Woodcroft Apartments, Buckhead Garden Apartments, Price Waterhouse (Savannah), Oakbrook Plaza for Williams Adair, Blue Circle Cement, Fort Gordon, and many shopping centers.
